White on White - EHA Challenge

Hello!

It´s a colour theme at Elphine House Australia challenge this week - "White on White". Papers must be white, but you can colour your image and add embellishments in one other colour.

The prize is, as usual, two Elphine House Australia stamps and you can use any stamp designed by Elisabeth Bel.

I used Greetings Bell Chime stamp this time.

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend!
I´m here to post my EHA challenge DT card, I should have posted it earlier, but better late than never, right?

The current Elphine House Australia challenge is a photo inspiration. There are many nice colours and ellements on the photo to inspire you, but I chose two colours - orange and blue.

The prize is, again, two Elphine House Australia stamps. :)

You can use any stamp designed by Elisabeth Bel and you can also combine challenges.

Once again, I have used Daisy Hugging Dolly stamp for my EHA DT card.

EHA DT card and EHA sketch challenge

Hello!

It´s been over 10 days since I posted a card, I haven´t been able to, my monitor broke last week. :(
I´m now using my boyfriend´s old laptop, but till I don´t get a new monitor I won´t be much online.

New Elphine House Australia challenge has been posted. This time we have a fabulous sketch by Lynda.

Snow Fight...a book card

Hello!

I decided to try to make my first ever book card. I'm not sure how happy I'm with the result, but here it is.

I used this adorable "Snow Fight", Belles 'n Whistles stamp from the Snowbabies collection and my nesties to cut the image. The "branch" stamp is from Whimsy Stamps, I stamped it with brown ink. I distressed image and the papers with distress inks - "Tattered Rose" and "Vintage Photo".

I coloured the image with watercolour pencils and added some sparkle with my Sakura gelly roll pen, I even added someof it on the girls' lips and eyes, it shows a bit too much in the next photo, but it looks nice, otherwise. I also added some Stickles glitter glue on the snow.

The paper is from stash, I made the ticket using one of the accessories from the MME paper pack.The lace, ribbon and the flower are from stash.

I put one small chocolate bar on the inside and decorated the inside with some paper scarps. I used a border punch and three stamps from . The two white flowers are Poppicrafts.

I had forgotten to take a photo from this angle with my camera, so I took a couple of photos with my phone afterwards. I'm afraid those don't look very good...

Willow with Toddler

Hello!

Here is a card I made for my sister, I'm only a couple of months late... Well, I guess better late than never. ;) She had ababy girl and I decided to use for the very first time this beautiful Whiff of Joy stamp. I've had it for quite a while.

The stamp is called Willow with Toddler, but I needed a card with a baby girl here, hence the pink clothes. The lovely backing paper is Prima - "Annallee", the flowers are also Prima. The cute little charm is from Whimsy Stamps. The heart stamp is SU- "Merci" set, the lace, ribbon and the buttons are from stash.

Quiet Moments

Hello!

A few days ago I decided to ink up one of the "older" stamps that I've had for awhile but haven't ever used. I deicided for one of the Sarah Kay stamps from Stampavie.

The stamp is called "Quiet Moments" and I enjoyed colouring the cute image. I used some MME "Bloom and Grow" papers and the tag is from Whimsy Stamps.The flower is Prima and the laces are from a local craft store.

Like I said I really enjoyed colouring these two cuties.

Laura-Flower Girl, DT cards for EHA

Hello!

I know I've been a bad blogger lately, so I've decided to post two cards this evening. Both of them are DT cards for Elphine House Australia and both feature one same stamp, the adorable Laura-Flower Girl.

This stamp was designed by Elisabeth Bell and, of course, is available at Elphine House Australia. The background stamp is from Whimsy Stamps, the blue paper is MME. The lace, ribbon and the rest of the embellies are from stash. The sentiment is C.C. Designs.

I colourd the cute little Laura with watercolour pencils.

With my second card I decided to try something different, I dressed little Laura in a very spring, colourful dress and decided to make a not wedding card.

One of the papers is Prima, the other one is from stash. The flowers are Petalloo, brads are Woodware, the sentiment is Whiff of Joy, the rest is from stash.

I'm so very late in posting my CCT DT card. I've been very busy with lots of things and my sister had a baby on Sunday evening and now I also have a niece. :)

This week at Cute Card Thursday we would like you to make CAS (Clean and Simple) cards.

I used one of the stamps from my Jane's Countryside set by Artistic Outpost. The sentiment comes from the same set. The piece of paper behind the image is MME, the corner stamp is Queen Kat Designs, the ribbons are from stash.

I stamped the image with distress ink and just used some water and a brush to colour it.

Hello!

This week at Cute Card Thursday the challenge is to make a card without using any designer papers.

the image is Forever Friends - "New arrival". The base of my card is a pink cardstock which I stamped with a heart stamp from the SU set - "Merci". I added a sentiment in the bottom of the card, I stamped it all with distress ink. I just used another small piece of brown cardstock and added a flower, some lace, ribbon and rope from stash.

I coloured the image with distress inks.

Hello everyone!

Finally the day has come! The very first Elphine House Australia challenge has just been posted on the Elphine House Australia Blog!! Yay! :)

The challenge is called "Lace it Up", absolutely lovely, if you ask me. ;) And will run for two weeks, so lots of time for you to join.

I do really hope you will come to join us, because not only you are allowed to use any and I mean any stamp designed by the fabulous Elisabeth Bell, but because you also get not one, but two chances to win! That's right! Two Elphine House Australia stamps are offered as prize in the first challenge and who wouldn't like to win one of those cuties!?

Anyway, to get completely informed, to see how to take part in the challenge, how to be in the chance of winning one of the stamps please read The EHA Challenge Rules, it will only take a few minutes and you will find out everything you should now, or are not sure about. :)

It's never to early for Christmas right!? Or presents! ;) I absolutely couldn't wait to use this cutie pie, it's called Greetings Bell Chime, designed of course by Elisabeth Bel for Elphine House Australia.
The papers are Basic Grey "Vassail" and MME - "The Merry Days of Christmas"and that's where the circle sentiment is from.
The lace, ribbon, flower and the heart pearls are from stash.
I wanted to give this card a vinatge feel and try something else this time, so I stamped the image with distress ink "Vintage Photo" on a 300 g watercolour paper and just used some water and a brush to colour it.

The stamp was designed by Elisabeth Bell and is available at Elphine House Australia. The paper is K&Co - "Sparkly Sweet". The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps, I stamped it on the flowery frame from Stampendous. The butterfly stamp is SU, just like the flower stamp I used to stamp the blue paper behind the image. The flower is Prima, wow, how many times I've mentioned the word "flowers".... The lace and the ribbon are from stash.

Hello!

This week at Cute Card Thursday the theme of the challenge is "Technology"! We would like your cards to feature some sort of technological discovery. It may sound a bit difficult, but it isn't, you can use: robots, computers, phones, MP3 players (like me), cars... really, the possibilities are endless... ;)

This my card, I wanted to make a simple one this time (yeah, I know, which one of my cards isn't hehe)

The background is just a stamp, but a beautiful one, don't you agree? It's called Music Notes from Whimsy Stamps, I stamped it with brown ink on a white card base. The main image stamp is also Whimsy, Download Diva. The sentiment is Whiff of Joy. The lace and the ribbons are from stash.

I think mine are definitely apples, although watermelon comes very close, but then I also really love nectarines and blackberries and sour cherries... yum

A Day to Remember... CCT DT - Birthstone Colours

Hello!

This week at Cute Card Thursday we have another fabulous theme - "Birthstone Colours", which means that we would like you to make your cards using birthstone colours.

Mine is Diamond (plus sapphire), as I was born in April.

I decided to use this cute Whiff of Joy stamp - "Melinda Blowing Kisses". I thought, since I'm making a white card, it could as well be a wedding one. I didn't use any papers, just a background stamp from Whimsy Stamps called Newsprint Definitions which I stamped with brown ink and the sentiment is also Whimsy, from the Time Flies set. I used a heart punch, one flower is Prima, the rest is from stash.

I wanted to make a clean and simple card and I used no papers. I'm not sure how well it turned out, since this is not my usual style... Anyway, I thought this was a great opportunity to use some of the stamps from my Jane's Countryside set by Artistic Outpost.

Hello!

I would like to share with you my fourth GD card for the Quixotic Paperie!

The stamp is Elisabeth Bell for SCACD, called - Young Alexa. The papers are my favourite at the moment - "Prima" from the Annalee Pad.The sentiment is Whimsy Stamps, Birthday Letter Seals set by Raindrop Echo Designs. The lace and the ribbon are from stash.

I coloured the image with watercolour pencils.

Hello!

The stamp I used for this card is called Download Diva designed by Kenny K, I also used another Whimsy Stamps stamp - Music Notes by Raindrop Echo Designs and the sentiment is from the digital set Fast Lane sentiments also by Raindrop Echo. The paper is MME - "Bloom and Grow"; the lace, ribbon and buttons are from stash.

Coloured with watercolour pencils, as always.

Whimsy Stamps March Release, Sneak Peek Day 4

Hello!

My new Whimsy Stamps finally arrived so I managed two make two cards for the Sneak Peak Day 4, it's designer's choice of Artist today!

I hope you've already seen all the gorgeous cards made by my DT buddies in the last three days, featuring the new rubber stapms that are being released tomorrow, March 16th! We are having a blog hop, as usual, so don't forget to join us! Anyway, here are my cards:

For this card I have used one of the new Whimsy stamps designed by Meljen Designs, it's called Rainy Day Duckling and one of the stamps from the Treasured Moments Tickets set by Raindrop Echo Designs.

I coloured the image with watercolour pencils, as usual.

Hello!

Before I share my latest card, I need to say that today is my sister's Birthday, she turned 30, so Happy Birthday my dear sistah! Srecan rodjendan i sve najbolje!! She's here, by the way and made an orange cake, yum! :)

This week at Cute Card Thursday we want to see some "Signs of Spring". Isn't everybody tired of winter? lol I know I am! :)

This is also my DT card for Whimsy Stamps.

The daisy flower stamp, the sentiment and the floral stamp in the corners are all from the Darling Daisies set by Crissy Armstrong. I tried cracked glass technique here for the first time, so I'm not sure how good the result is. The paper is MME - "Bloom and Grow", the lace and the ribbon are from stash. I also used my nesties.

I coloured the image with watercolour pencils and used versamark and embossing powder Arctic Pearl Lustre!

Today I would like to share my second GDT project for Quixotic Paperie

I used one of my all time favourite stamps Prince Edward island, from Stamping Bella by Mo Manning. As I've been an Anne Shirley fan my whole life (you can imagine how delighted I was when this stamp came out!) I deicded to make a bookmark which I would be able to use when reading my Anne books. :) The gorgeous paper is "Prima" from the Annalee Pad; I'm not sure about the sentiment and the ribbon and lace are from stash.

Quixotic Paperie GDT card

Hello!

I'm so happy to say that I've been chosen to be a Guest Designer for the Quixotic Paperie!!
Today I would like to show you my first GD card.

For my card I used two of the new Whimsy Stamps designed by Crissy Armstrong, of course available at Quixotic Paperie, the stamps are: Valerie's Spring Rain and Fancy Bench. It's been awhile since I tried masking, but I'm happy with the result, I didn't have to do it more than once. :) Then I also used two Whimsy Stamps sentiments from the Love Letter Seals set designed by Ann Vento. I also used Whimsy Ticket Die and made the sentiments into tags. The paper is "Prima" from the gorgeous Annalee Pad; the roses are craft flowers - Mini Open Rose - Burgundy and I also added one 5mm Heart Shape Flat Backed Pearl - Red. Hello!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend! I'm not doing so well...I have an awful cold since Friday, I've had high temperature, headache, have sore throat... Just what I needed right now... Anyway, I somehow managed to make a card, using one of the wonderful new Whimsy Stamps.

I love this sentiment and I had to use it alone as a center of the card. It's from the Darling Daisies set by Crissy Armstrong. The paper is K&Co - Clasic K McKenna and I used one of the accessory elements from a MME paper kit. I disressed the edges, as usual, with distress ink pad-"Vintage Photo" and added some flowers and a ribbon from stash.

Both of the stamps have been designed by Crissy Armstrong. I used some Prima flowers, paper from the Annalee collection, I used one border punch and added some lace and ribbons which came from a local craft store.

Whimsy Stamps New Release - Sneak Peeks Day 5

Hello!

This is the 5th and the last day of Sneak Peeks, that's right - tomorrow all the new Whimsy Stamps will be available in the Whimsy Stamps Store!! Also we are having a blog hop, so make sure you don't miss it!!

Hello!

I have made another Kenny K Whimsy Stamps card.

Hello!

Today I made a DT card for Whimsy Stamps. I used only one of the sentiment stamps from Love Letter Seals, which was quite unusual, with no colouring at all.

Like I said the stamp is from the Love Letter Seals set designed by Raindrop Echo Designs. The paper is K&Co - Clasic K McKenna, the lace and the ribbon are from stash; and I used a heart punch.

I just added some sparkle to some of the letters and images in the circle with my sakura gelly roll pen.

Hello!

It's time for a new challenge at Cute Card Thursday. The theme for this week is "Out with the Old", which means that we would like you to use some old stash for your creations.

The stamp is called "Dressing Up Maggie" and it's from the Sugar Nellie. The paper is K&Co - "Sparkly Sweet", the sentiment is Whiff of Joy. I used my Nestabilities, Classic Scalloped Ovals large dies. The laces, ribbon and the flowers are from stash.

Hello!

I hope you all had a great time for the New Year's Eve! I did have a good time celebrating the New Year and we continued the celebration last night, too, as one of the first cousins got married. I ended up going to bed very late and then I slept in this morning and now I have a headache...

Anyway, I managed to make a Whimsy Stamps card yesterday.

I used three, actually four Whimsy Stamps for this card. I really love these Bear and Penguin images, this one is called I'd Follow You Anywhere, designed by Crissy Armstrong. Then I also used the gorgeous Music Notes Background designed by Raindrop Echo Designs and two stamps from the Love Letter Seals also designed by Raindrop Echo Designs. The paper Whimsy,too - Very Merry, the brads are Woodware, the rest is from stash.

Coloured with watercolour pencils and I also added some glitter.

This week at Cute Card Thursday the theme is "Thank You".
I have used one of my Stampavie stamps for my DT card.

The stamp is called "I Love Honey", designed by Penny Johnson and it's another one of the stamps I bought and never used. I think the image is absolutely adorable. The paper is from the Memory Box, the flowers are Petalloo, the brads are Woodware. The sentiment is Whiff of Joy and the lace and the ribbon are from stash.

As usual, I used my watercolour pencils to colour the image.

And since we are mentioning Stampavie, you probably don't know that a couple of months ago I won one of the Stampavie challenges (it was a secret prize) and I just wanted to show you a picture of everyhting I got from them! It arrived a few days ago, what a wonderful New Year's present. Sorry for the bad picture, though.

I know!! I never expected such a huge prize, a big thank you to Stampavie!!

Today I made a Belles'n Whistles card with one of the stamps from the first release. I bought the whole release as soon as it came out, a year and a half ago and I just got around to using this stamp, can you believe? And I've always loved this image, so I've keeping it for... what? Not sure...

Valerie's Gift

Hi!

I made another Whimsy Stamps card. It took about an hour to make this one, maybe less (including the colouring of the images) and I must say I'm quite happy with the result, that doesn't happen very often..

I wanted to make a "Clean and Simple" card, so I just used some grey cardstock, no layers, papers... I stamped three Whimsy stamps. The main, girl image is called Valerie's Gift designed by Crissy Armstrong and I used one of the stamps from the Jingle Bell Ride set also designed by Crissy. The sentiment is from the Love Letter Seals set designed by Raindrop Echo Designs. The ribbon was bought at a local craft store.

I coloured the image with watercolour pencils and Sakura Stardust gelly roll pen.
