SAV challenge - Spring

Hello again!
Can you believe I'm posting again in one day. :)
I made a card for the SAV challenge #19 which has the theme - "Spring.

And the Pink Elephant challenge, also has the theme - "Spring".



I used one of my new Sarah Kay stamps, "Puppy Love", which has been on my wish list for quite a while and I bought it at Secret Crafter . The papers are K&Co, Sparkly Sweet, the flower is Prima, they came from Bunny Zoes Crafts. The butterfly and the sentiment stamp are SU, the ribbon and the button are from stash.



Coloured with watercolours, as usual.

Belle in Serbia... and she likes it here :)

Hello! there is a wonderful challenge posted on the Belles 'n Whistles blog, that I like very much! Unusual and totally original! :) It's called "Where do they live. The idea is to show all the different places in the world where Belles 'n Whistles stamps reside.

There is a great prize to be won, two lucky winers will receive the whole new set of BnW stamps! How awesome is that?!

Here are the details that are posted on the BnW blog:

So, as the challenge itself is totally different, I thought I would try to do something different, too. I'm from Serbia (Europe) and I live in a very pretty small town.
At first I wanted to take a photo outside, so you can see all the pretty nature here, but that wouldn't show you what Serbia really is.
So, I decided to show you some bits of my country through traditional souvenirs that I have in my home. Something that you should see if you ever come here as a tourist. When Belle first arrived here, last summer, she wanted to get to know her new home country and this is what I showed her, she totally loved everything! ;)



So, on the photo from the left you can see Basil, something that every (or almost every) house here has . It is used for preparing the holy water for Easter and "Slava" (home patron Saint). You can't really see the typical serbian house in this photo (sorry, I'm a bad photographer), but you can see the roof. :) "Licidersko srce" (the heart thing) something that I loved to eat when I was a child, you can buy them at every fair here, they are very tasty. Then we have a funny "Serbian family" postcard (funny but true lol), a pipe, traditional Serbian shoes called "opanci" and a traditional instrument called "frula".



And this is where I keep my Belles 'n Whistles stamps.

Oh, and I forgot to say, Belle even learned how to dance "kolo" (a traditional Serbian dance), in fact she loved it here so much, that she invited some of her friends to come too, needless to say they decided to stay here for good and I think there are yet, many more to come! :)

Odavno me nije bilo na blogu, bila sam prilicno zauzeta, ali sam ipak napravila neke cestitke i veceras postavljam prvu od njih.

I haven't been on the blog for a very long time, I've been pretty busy, but I made some cards and tonight I'm posting the first one.
And I'm participating in the following challenges with it:
Roses on Paper/Belles'n Whistles challenge, the theme is "Easter".
Stamp with Stampavie and more, which is to use some orange on our cards.
A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge is to use some thing recycled on our cards - the button, bunny and the "orange thing" are recycled.
Cute Card Thursday challenge has the theme - "Celebrations", my card celebrates Easter.

Za ovu cestitku sam koristila prvi put moj "Belles 'n Whistles"pecat koji sam kupila jos proslog leta. Papir je K&Co, cvetici su "Queen Kat Designs" i "SU" pecati. Tracica je Poppicrafts, poruka je Whiff of Joy, odstampala sam "Easter" deo. Plavi zec, spajalica i dugme sa "stash"- a.

Stamp with Stampavie and more challenge #83, GD card

Dobro jutro!
Vreme je za novi "challenge" na Stamp with Stampavie and more blogu. Ovog puta u pitanju je fenomenalan "sketch" koji je dizajnirala Grenadine . Ovo je ujedno i moja zadnja GD cestitka za Stamp with Stampavie and more , ne mogu da verujem da je vec proslo skoro mesec dana, vreme stvarno leti!

Moram se jos jednom zahvaliti devojkama iz Dizajn Tima na ukazanom poverenju i pruzenoj prilici, stvarno sam uzivala u svojoj ulozi gosta dizajnera! Hvala vam! :)

It's time for a new challenge at Stamp with Stampavie and more blog. This time there is a fabulous sketch designed by Grenadine. This is, by the way, my last GD card for the Stamp with Stampavie and more , I can't believe it's been nearly a month, the time really flies.

I must thank the girls from the Design Team once more for trusting me and giving me the opportunity, I really enjoyed in my guest designer role! Thank you! :)

Za ovu cestitku koristila sam Whiff of Joy pecat : "Macka sa masnom". Mala srca su takodje pecat, "SU", bas kao i Merci. Papir je K&Co; takodje sam koristila busac. Roze cvet je Poppicrafts, crveno srce je od Moni.

For this card I used a Whiff of Joy stamp: "Cat with Bow". The little hearts are also a stamp, "SU", just like the Merci. The paper is K&Co; I also used a punch. The pink flower is Poppicrafts, the read heart is from Moni.

My first Motivet card, a missed challenge and some entries

Evo jedne cestitke koju sam napravila jos u cetvrtak uvece, koristeci "free digital image" sa Motivet bloga. Pratila sam njihov sketch, ali sam svoju cestitku nazalost napravila kasno, jer je vec u petak postavljen novi "challenge" na tom blogu.

Here is a card I made on Thursday night, using a "free digital image" from Motivet's blog. I followed their sketch, but unfortunately I made my card too late, as the new challenge was already posted on the blog on Friday. However, I decided to post my card on my blog, since it fits the themes of some other challenges:

A Spoon Full of Sugar challenge is called - "Spring is in the Air"
Dutch Dare challenge is to make a Valentine's Day card .
Stamp Something challenge, has the theme - "Touch of Spring somethings"



Kao sto rekoh, "image" je Motivet. Koristila sam jos i Whiff of Joy pecat, cvetovi su takodje dva pecata: "Queen Kat Designs" i "SU". Plavi cvet je Poppicrafts . Koristila sam takodje i jedan busac, a papir i traka su sa moje tzv."craft gomile".

As I've said, the image is Motivet. I also used a Whiff of Joy stamp, the flowers are stamps, too: "Queen Kat Designs" and "SU". The blue flower is Poppicrafts . I also used a ounch, and the papers and the ribbon are from stash.

Prosto ne mogu da verujem da je prosla jos jedna sedmica, vreme je za novi "challenge" na Stamp with Stampavie and more blogu! Tema je: "Get Well Soon"

Good morning!
I just can't believe that another week has gone by, it's time for another challenge at Stamp with Stampavie and more! The theme is: "Get Well Soon"
My third GD card:



Sta kazete za ovaj image? Mislim da je savrsen za "Get Well Soon" cestitku. Kako sam i sama prehladjena vec oko nedelju dana, rado bih prihvatila jednu casu osvezavajuce limunade! :)
Pecat je "Belles 'n Whistles", dok je "Here's to you" pecat "Stamping Bella", a osvojila sam ga od Moni. Zeleni papir je K&Co, za zuti nisam sasvim sigurna. Cvetici su Poppicrafts, zuta ruzica je is Bunny Zoes Crafts. Cipka, tracica, spenagle i zabac su iz lokalne prodavnice.

What do you say about this image? I think it's just perfect for a "Get Well Soon" card. As I've been having a cold for about a week now, I'd gladly accept a glass of refreshing lemonade. :)
The stamp is "Belles 'n Whistles", while the "Here's to You" stamp is "Stamping Bella", which I won from Moni. The green paper is K&Co, I'm not quite sure about the yellow one. The flowers are Poppicrafts, the yellow rose is from Bunny Zoes Crafts. The lace, ribbon, pins and the frog came from a local shop.

Stamp with Stampavie and more challenge #81, GDT card

Good afternoon!

I had this post sheduled to be posted this morning, but I somehow put the wrong date (10.o3. insted of 10.02. ) silly me.

I know I’ve been absent for a whole week, but I have a good excuse: I had my last , final exam and now I’m waiting for the results. Fingers crossed! :)

Anyway, it’s Wednesday and that means a new challenge at Stamp with Stampavie and more . This is my second week as their GDT. Beautiful theme this week – A Baby card.



I had a perfect stamp for this challenge, a brand new, never used before and just as I was about to stamp a couple of images, I realized my ink pad was dry, so I decided to ckeck my ever growing pile of stamped images and found this one, sent to me by my lovely blogging friend Anne. The papers are from stash, I used a heart punch and stamped some hearts with a SU stamp. The sentiment is Stampendous, the flower is Prima, while the lace, button and the pins are from stash.





The image was coloured with watercolours

Stamp with Stampavie and more challenge #80, GDT card

Good morning!
Maybe you've noticed in my previous post (or maybe not) that I've been chosen by the most fantastic and super talented ladies from the Stamp with Stampavie and more DT to be one of their February guest designers! Isn't that just wonderful!!? This challenge blog was one of the first I discovered when I started making cards and posting and this really is an honour for me, so thank you so much ladies!:)

This weeks challenge is a fantastic one! I know you're gonna love it, because I know many people love colour combo challenges. I do, too and this is really one of my favourites: Pink and Brown colour combination. What do you say to that?! :)

And here is my card:



I thought I would finally ink up this cute little Emma from SCACD designed by Elisabeth Bell, for this card. I think she is absolutely adorable! The paper is K &Co. The sentiment is Whiff of Joy and the corner stamp is from the Queen Kat Designs. The brown flower is Poppicrafts, I added a punched pink flower and a pink rose in the centre. The brown flowers are also a Queen Kat Designs stamp. The lace, ribbon, pins and the safety pin are from stash.

Sunshine in Winter

Hello!

I've been walking 8 km in snow today, can you believe?! It's not very cold, the Sun is shining, the snow looks beautiful, as if it had been covered with diamonds and thousands and thousands of crystals and isn't going to melt because of the frost, which is good. :)
