Good afternoon! :)
It's been cold in the last couple of days, but still no sign of snow...
I'm happy to announce that my bad cold has gone now. :)
This week at Cute Card Thursday, we have afabulous theme - "Blast from the Past", which means that you can choose any of our previous themes in orther to participate and there's a lot to choose from. I used Lynn's sketch from our challenge #135.
This is also my DT card for Whimsy Stamps, as everything I used on it, including those delicious papers is Whimsy Stamps.
Here is my card:
The beautiful vintage candle stamp is from the Peace on Earth set designed by Crissy Armstrong. The sentiment comes from the same set. I used one ornament stamp from the Christmas Tree in Words set designed by raindrop Echo Designs, which I stamped in the corners. The gorgeous vintage papers are, like I said, also Whimsy, from the Very Merry pack. I distressed the papers and the image with Tim Holtz's distress ink pad "Vintage photo" and a white paint.
Coloured with atercolour pencils, as usual.
This is Lynn's sketch:
I'm entering:
Simon Says Stamp and Show - to use distress inks.
A Spoon Full of Sugar - "Anything Goes"
Fab 'n Funky challenge - "Going with the Flow- make anything you want"
Lollipop Crafts challenge - "Christmas"
I also wanted to remind you that it's the week 4 of all month Whimsy Stamps 2nd Anniversary!! This week is a stamp a day giveaway and special stamp sale! One Rubber and one Digital stamp given away daily and customer favourites stamp sale. And this is also the week of Fan Favourite's showcase!!
